HQ Architects' proposal for the Herzliya Gordon Neighborhood urban-renewal Masterplan has received Preliminary Approval from the Municipality's local committee.
The masterplan will provide 54,000 m² residential spaces that include 411 residential units, 1,230 m² commercial use, 10,465 m² for public use, 7,270 m² of open space and about 1,460 m² for pedestrian paths.
Well done to the team of Dani Litay, Urban Studio Director and Architect Hayah Haj Yahia who together with the rest of the team have put great efforts in the project so far! We are very excited for the next steps that will bring the project into the new stage.
