3D Visualiser/Artist

HQ Architects is looking for a talented and creative 3DVisualiser/Artist - an expert in 3D modeling and rendering to join our team and play a central role in illustrating our ideas and bringing our projects to life through simulations.

You will need to collaborate with our design team to transform ideas and sketches into compelling visual representations, and produce high quality 3D processing and images. The successful candidate needs to have knowledge and understanding of architecture and design principles, showcase proficiency in 3D modeling and render software, with expertise in MAX D3, V-Ray and other tools. Also a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating realistic and artistic imagery is greatly appreciated.

Urban Studio Planning Manager

HQ Architects is looking for an Urban Studio Planning Manager to take part and influence the design and development of the urban space, to lead complex and diverse projects for urban renewal and public space development.

As a team manager you will work in integrated teams, integrate creativity and practice to lead high quality and sustainable urban planning. The successful candidate will have professional experience of at least two years in managing planning teams and working with professional authorities in planning institutions, as well as experience in promoting and managing projects of urban planning and complex and wide-scope statutory processes.
