Design reveal ceremony for the Ben-Zvi-Shtein Urban Renewal scheme at the heart of Ramle

We are very happy to share the exciting news regarding the design reveal of the Urban Renewal Plan Ben-Zvi-Shtein at the city center of Ramle. The design reveal  ceremony for the  42,000 m² urban renewal scheme took place last on the 3rd of November, where the plan was communicated publicly and marked the next milestone of the project.

 

The scheme is located to the north Shtein Street, adjacent to the future LRT T-station and to Vitzman Street from the west, and proposes approximately 1,100 residential units accommodated in a diverse set of buildings' typologies, which range from 9-25 floors. The plan promotes a varied urban fabric that will revive the existing fabric condition, while creating unique programs that intertwine in the urban land-use.

Also, it includes a linear promenade green area that improves connectivity and walkability that promotes well-being for the local community, as well as creating a diverse and exciting mixed-use environment that includes residential, public, and commercial uses.
