Located on the site of the former Tel Aviv Central bus station, the new campus contains two structures; the existing old “Egged House” and a new 4800 m² five story tall structure. HQ’s design provides the new “Minshar” art school campus with a learning environment that is accessible by opening to its surroundings and hosting public programs, becoming a meeting point between the school and the city.

Phase one of the construction includes the old building strip-down and renovation of its interior spaces in order to suit the new programmatic requirements.
